RETURN, CANCELLATION, REFUND, PAYMENT, ACCOUNT, PRIVACY & DELIVERY

RETURN

Items can be returned only if you received the wrong order or items are damaged during delivery (Photo-Proof is required!). In such cases please contact us through the contact form HERE for further instructions! If We find that your order was wrong or damaged, we will ask you to send it back with tracking number (you also should keep receipt with that tracking number for return parcel for proof of lodgement). After we receive your returned order we will refund you the full amount for the order including shipping and return cost if we found it was indeed damaged or wrong. NO RETURN IS ALLOWED FOR CHANGE OF MIND!

CANCELLATION, REFUND

You can only cancel order if it was placed within ONE HOUR after Successful Payment transaction! In such cases if you paid with PAYPAL, we will refund you within One business day but if you Paid with VISA, MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS, we need to wait up to 7 Days until payment comes through the system to our shop account and only then we can refund you, Please allow 2 -3 Business days after that to get refund to your account! NO REFUND IS ALLOWED FOR CHANGE OF MIND or MISUSED ITEMS!

PAYMENTS OPTIONS

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard & American Expess. All entered payment options & datas are encrypted and SECURE from any third party groups. No one can access your private confidential information. Please do not share your own account passwords or details with anyone!

ACCOUNT

You can purchase any item on our website as a guest. When you register your account, you can securely enter payment & delivery details, compare items and view your wish list Or shopping cart! Account members have also access to permanent & periodic discounts! Please keep your account clean of Abandoned Checkout! Any item that hasn't been paid for will be relisted for sale and purchased by any other customers!

PRIVACY

We only collect and store information that customer provided with order such as: delivery address, contact phone number & email. All information that store in our shop is safe & we never disclose it to any 3rd party or organisation & only can be used for order's fulfillment!

DELIVERY

Please allow us 2 Business days for handling your orders. This time does not include weekends or Australian Public Holidays. We deliver all our orders by AUSPOST services. Tracking number will be provided for all orders that weigh greater than 250g and will be sent by parcel but not letters! In some cases we will provide tracking number for Domestic Australian letters if combined order is big! This will confirm that you will exactly receive your order by address you provided in checkout! All standard delivery for Australia is free of charge, International shipping cost varies, please find exact prices for delivery here. You will also find Express delivery option there as well as countries we ship to & estimated delivery times. We are not responsible for any delays that occur within Australia or in your country because we cannot control Shipping service after we lodge all parcels. We ship all orders MON - WED - FRI if no Public Holidays in Australia, or the day after them! 

For International buyers: WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ADDITIONAL CUSTOMS TAX, IMPORT DUTIES OR VAT THAT MAY BE APPLIED TO YOU - PLEASE BEAR IN MIND THAT YOU BUY AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION.
